Meghan Kelly, PsyD, HSPP, clinical psychologist

Clinical training, applied where teams actually work.

Meghan Kelly is a clinical psychologist (PsyD, HSPP). She earned her doctorate of psychology from the University of Indianapolis in 2013, then spent ten years in therapy and assessment. Prismatic Pathways is the next chapter: using that knowledge to help corporations and community organizations work more clearly with people.

The work is education, not treatment. Through seminars and consulting she teaches how attention, first impressions, persuasion, and listening actually operate — the same science she practiced clinically, applied to rooms that sell, lead, or serve.

HSPP is a Health Service Provider in Psychology endorsement: it marks independent clinical practice. The LLC is a different offering. Prismatic Pathways does not treat employees, run therapy groups, or replace an EAP. It designs trainings so a team can use psychological science on purpose.

The flagship program, Psychology of Sales, was built for corporate sales teams who needed more than motivation — they needed the mechanics of a first impression, the evidence behind influence, and listening as a practiced skill. Other programs follow the same method: start with the organization's brief, write the day to it, teach in a room small enough to work.
